The Santa Clara County Housing Authority is hosting a live virtual Q&A about the latest DRAFT designs and development plans for our portion of the former San Jose Hospital Site on East Santa Clara Street at 14th Street (675 E. Santa Clara St).

Agenda:

  1. Welcome & Introductions: The SCCHA staff and David Baker Architect team will introduce themselves and provide opening words.
  2. High Level Project Overview & Updates: We will share high level summary of the project and latest updates. Please watch our video presentation ahead of time for a more detailed project update. It will explain the DRAFT designs for the site (housing, office building, open space and retail). It will also provide an overview of the community input from Community Meeting #1 and how it has been incorporated into the latest DRAFT designs.
  3. Q&A Session: We will source questions from the audience and the relevant SCCHA staff or design team member will answer questions.
  4. Conclusion: We will share next steps.
