Mike (he/him) is a project manager at CivicMakers. He is passionate about helping partners and collaborators stay on time, on budget and on track to achieve their desired project goals. He prides himself on setting the table for others to feel comfortable and ready to bring their unique talents, perspectives and passion to any project.

Building on his 10+ years of experience as a policy analyst and program manager in the fields of human services, workforce and community development in both San Francisco and Ann Arbor, Michigan, Mike brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to strategic planning. In all aspects of the planning project, whether scoping, researching or presenting, his passion for continuous improvement drives him to never stop iterating and evaluating the processes, tools and systems that guide his work with clients and the broader community.

Mike lives with his partner, Allison, near Duboce Park in San Francisco. When not managing projects for CivicMakers, he can be found running or playing soccer in Golden Gate Park, reading by Ocean Beach, or watching movies at the Embarcadero Center. Having grown up in New England, Mike is a diehard Boston Red Sox and Celtics fan. He loves cities by the ocean and a spicy mezcal margarita.
