Scott is an accomplished non-profit executive, leadership facilitator and strategy consultant with 20 years of experience working in large and small organizations.
He thrives on helping individuals, teams and organizations develop their capacities for values-driven change that leads to impact. His leadership programming and insights have been published in the book Experience-Driven Leader Development by the Center for Creative Leadership.
Scott honed his perspective on leadership and learning while earning a masters degree from Harvard’s Kennedy School and through professional experiences ranging from a senior management role at TFA to an outdoor expedition guide of multi-week trips for low income teenagers. He is an instructor for the Gettysburg Leadership Experience and a trainer for Echoing Green’s Work on Purpose curriculum and has consulted with organizations across sectors including Denver Public Schools, Airbnb and Unicef.
His facilitation skills have been developed across a wide variety of settings from consumer focus groups for a national advertising agency, to cross-cultural programs as a Peace Corps volunteer, to major professional development conferences and intense small group learning experiences. Scott loves building community, exploring the outdoors, does an occasional triathlon and savors hoppy beers.
