What we do with your data
All personal data we process is reviewed and stored securely by our employees and contractor for the purpose of requested communications with you. We use a GDPR compliant CRM to store information so that our team can access relevant login information regardless of their location. We cannot control what access third parties have to your data without your consent. CivicMakers does not share, rent, sell or lease your personal information to any unaffiliated person or entity for any reason and without your fully expressed consent.
We use MailChimp to send newsletters with information about our team, work and services for marketing and promotional purposes. If subscribed, you will always have the option to opt out of subscription of these emails using the unsubscribe links at the bottom of each newsletter. If you do not wish to receive emails from CivicMakers, please use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each newsletter.
We use Google Analytics and other 3rd party tools to evaluate the traffic to our website. We have configured these tools to be GDPR compliant and to minimize the data that they collect.
We may use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. Your IP address is used to help identify you for the duration of a session.
How long we keep your data
We keep basic personal data (name, address, contact details) and any information you give us for marketing or promotional purposes until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive and store this information.
