Hillary is the founder of the Just Visions project and a designer, researcher, educator, and leadership coach who focuses on participatory, community-oriented design and imagining futures for racial justice. She received her Ph.D. in Transition Design from Carnegie Mellon in 2023, focusing on tools for envisioning more just futures through social design collaborations. Through coaching, she transforms design leaders into true luminaries through vision-driven strategy and clarity of purpose.
