Cristelle (she/her) is a strategic leader who applies her expertise in human-centered design, participatory research, program evaluation, and strategic planning to effect systems change. She is passionate about breaking down silos and centering lived experience in decision-making in order to co-create better public policies, programs, services, and ecosystems.
She brings 15+ years experience and expertise in project management, public participation and design thinking across sectors. She has a multi-disciplinary background spanning urban planning, affordable housing, nonprofit program management and capacity building, customer support and digital services.
She has facilitated engagements at many scales, from intimate focus groups and generative co-design sessions to City Council retreats and large public workshops. Her work spans many disciplines, including affordable housing and homelessness, workforce development, land use planning, public transportation, climate action planning, social services, and more.
She lives in Sonoma County with her family, where she enjoys amateur permaculture, hiking in the redwoods, yarn projects, and singing with her children. She is hopeful about the climate regeneration movement, the promise of codesign for the future of democracy, and the wisdom of ancient traditions that celebrate interdependency and collaboration.
