In 2017 CivicMakers hosted trainings on a framework we co-developed with our consulting partners called Public Impact Design.
Public Impact Design combines human-centered design, systems thinking and personal reflection for effective problem-solving in the public sector.
In an effort to stay connected to participants and learn how this methodology is being applied in their context, we’re hosting an “Empathy Circle Happy Hour” in our office at Impact Hub San Francisco!

- Workshop your public impact challenge among peers
- Get tips on integrating human-centered design tools and methods across your organization
